Astro Voice ("the Platform") takes the security and privacy of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you use our mobile app and website, and why.

When you use Astro Voice we process the following personal data: your name (for in-app greetings), your phone number (for registration and OTP verification), your birth date, time and place (to calculate your birth chart), and in-app settings such as your notification preferences. Your payment and card details are handled by Apple/Google and never reach us.
Your data is processed to calculate your birth chart and generate personalized astrological content (voice readings, insights, synastry), to verify your account and keep it secure, to manage your subscription status, and to meet our legal obligations.
To provide the service, some of your data is shared, only to the extent necessary, with the following providers: a third-party API provider that performs the astrological calculations, AI service providers that generate the personalized text and audio, a cloud storage provider that stores the generated audio files, and Apple/Google for in-app purchase and subscription management. These providers process your data solely to provide services to us.
Your personal data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from within the app, all of your personal data — including your birth chart, voice reading history and subscription information — is permanently deleted.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to know any third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request its deletion or destruction, to object to outcomes that work against you, and to seek compensation if you suffer damage. You can also carry out a deletion request yourself from within the app (Profile → Delete account). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example access, rectification, erasure, portability, or withdrawing consent); contact us at the address below to exercise them.
