Kişisel Verilerin Korunması ve İşlenmesi Aydınlatma Metni

Astro Voice ("Platform") olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğine ve gizliliğine büyük önem veriyoruz. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, mobil uygulamamız ve web sitemiz üzerinden sunduğumuz astrolojik analiz hizmetleri sırasında paylaştığınız kişisel verilerinizin işlenme süreçlerine ilişkin aydınlatma metnimiz aşağıdadır:

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK'nın 5. maddesinde belirtilen; "Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması" ve "İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması" hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak işlenmektedir. Doğum saati ve yeri gibi özel önem taşıyan verilerin ilişki yorumu amacıyla üçüncü bir kişiye ait olarak eklenmesi hâlinde, bu veriyi eklemeye yetkili olduğunuzu beyan etmiş sayılırsınız.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarıldığı Taraflar ve Amaçları

Hizmetlerimizi sunabilmek, sunucu sürekliliğini sağlayabilmek amacıyla verileriniz, gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirler alınarak yurt içindeki ve yurt dışındaki şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılmaktadır:

6. Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı/saklama süreleri boyunca saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, doğum ve ilişki verileriniz ile üretilmiş yorumlar makul bir süre içinde sistemlerimizden kaldırılır; yalnızca hukuken saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar (ör. fatura/işlem kayıtları) mevzuattaki süre boyunca tutulur.

7. Hesabınızın ve Verilerinizin Silinmesi

Uygulama içinden Profil → Hesabı Sil adımıyla hesabınızı kendiniz silebilir veya support@astro-voice.com adresine yazarak silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Talebiniz üzerine hesabınız ve ilişkili kişisel verileriniz silinir.

8. İlgili Kişinin (Kullanıcının) Hakları

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca herkes veri sorumlusuna başvurarak kendisiyle ilgili;

As Astro Voice ("Platform"), we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and relevant privacy regulations, this text clarifies the processing of your personal data shared during the astrological analysis services we provide via our mobile application and website:

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the KVKK: "It is necessary to process the personal data of parties to a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the execution or performance of the contract" and "It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed." If you add birth data belonging to a third person for a relationship reading, you are deemed to declare that you are authorized to add that data.

Your personal data is retained while your account is active and for the limitation/retention periods stipulated in applicable legislation. When you delete your account, your birth and relationship data and generated readings are removed from our systems within a reasonable time; only records that must be kept by law (e.g. invoice/transaction records) are retained for the statutory period.

You can delete your account yourself from within the app via Profile → Delete Account, or request deletion by writing to support@astro-voice.com. Upon your request, your account and associated personal data are deleted.
