Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Astro Voice mobil uygulamasını ve web sitesini sunan Kürşat Kocaoğlu ile hizmeti kullanan Kullanıcı arasındaki temel kullanım kurallarını belirler. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Sorularınız ve iletişim için Destek sayfasına bakabilirsiniz.
Astro Voice, doğum haritası verilerini ve gökyüzünün güncel hareketlerini kullanarak yapay zeka destekli kişiselleştirilmiş dijital metin ve ses içerikleri üretir. İçerikler kişisel farkındalık, keşif ve eğlence amacıyla sunulur; kesin gelecek tahmini, karar verme hizmeti veya profesyonel danışmanlık niteliğinde değildir.
Astro Voice tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki, finansal veya benzeri profesyonel danışmanlık sağlamaz. Kullanıcı, önemli sağlık, hukuk, finans veya yaşam kararlarında ilgili alandaki yetkili profesyonellere başvurmalıdır.
Hizmete telefon numarası ve SMS ile gönderilen tek kullanımlık kod (OTP) ile giriş yapılır. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve cihazınıza erişimden siz sorumlusunuz. Hizmeti 18 yaşından büyük olarak veya yasal temsilcinizin izniyle kullandığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Basic ve Premium hizmetleri aylık yenilenen abonelik modeliyle sunulur. Güncel paket kapsamı ve fiyatlar uygulamada ve ana sayfada belirtilir. Tüm satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden, uygulama içi satın alma (In-App Purchase) yoluyla gerçekleşir. Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece her dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret, ilgili mağaza hesabınıza tanımlı ödeme yönteminden tahsil edilir. Fiyat değişiklikleri yürürlükteki mağaza kurallarına göre önceden bildirilir.
Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman, satın aldığınız mağazanın hesap ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz:
İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminiz devam eder. Ayrıntılar için İptal ve İade sayfasına bakınız.
Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz:
Hesap silindiğinde doğum ve ilişki verileriniz ile üretilmiş yorumlar sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Hesabın silinmesi, aktif bir aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez; aboneliği ayrıca ilgili mağazadan iptal etmeniz gerekir (bkz. Madde 6).
Kullanıcı, hizmeti hukuka uygun şekilde kullanmayı; üçüncü kişilere ait doğum ve ilişki verilerini eklerken gerekli hukuki dayanağa/izne sahip olmayı; hizmetin teknik işleyişini kötüye kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve içerikleri izinsiz ticari amaçla çoğaltıp dağıtmamayı kabul eder.
Astro Voice markası, arayüzü, metin ve ses üretim sistemleri ile üretilen içeriklerin sunum biçimi Platform'a aittir. Size özel üretilen yorumları kişisel amaçla kullanabilirsiniz.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Platform, içeriklerin doğru kararlar aldıracağını veya kesin sonuç vereceğini taahhüt etmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Tüketicinin emredici mevzuattan doğan hakları saklıdır.

These Terms of Use set out the basic rules between Kürşat Kocaoğlu, the provider of the Astro Voice mobile application and website, and the User. By downloading the app, creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. For questions and contact, see the Support page.
Astro Voice uses birth-chart data and current sky movements to generate AI-supported personalized digital text and audio content. The content is provided for personal awareness, exploration and entertainment; it is not a guaranteed prediction service, a decision-making service or professional consultancy.
Astro Voice does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or similar professional consultancy. Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional for important health, legal, financial or life decisions.
Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for the security of your account and access to your device. You represent that you use the service as a person over 18 or with the consent of your legal representative.
Basic and Premium are offered as monthly recurring subscriptions. Current plan features and prices are shown in the app and on the homepage. All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play via In-App Purchase. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the fee is charged to the payment method on your store account. Price changes are notified in advance in accordance with the applicable store rules.
You can cancel at any time from the account settings of the store where you purchased:
Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period. See the Cancellation & Refund page for details.
You can delete your account and data at any time:
When the account is deleted, your birth and relationship data and generated readings are removed from our systems. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must cancel it separately from the relevant store (see Section 6).
The User agrees to use the service lawfully; to have an appropriate legal basis/permission when adding birth or relationship data belonging to another person; and not to abuse the technical operation of the service, reverse-engineer it, or reproduce and distribute the content for commercial purposes without permission.
The Astro Voice brand, interface, text and audio generation systems, and the presentation of generated content belong to the Platform. You may use the readings generated for you for personal purposes.
The service is provided "as is". The Platform does not warrant that the content will lead to correct decisions or produce definitive outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
