You can cancel your Astro Voice subscription at any time. To cancel, simply type CANCEL to our WhatsApp bot. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
Because Astro Voice provides personalized, instantly generated digital audio and text content (intangible goods), there is no right of withdrawal or refund due to the nature of the service. However, if you believe you have not received the service at all due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us at destek@astro-voice.com so we can investigate the matter.
