Astro Voice aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman, satın aldığınız uygulama mağazasının hesap ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz:
İptal sonrasında mevcut abonelik döneminizin sonuna kadar erişiminiz devam eder ve sonraki dönem için otomatik yenileme yapılmaz.
Satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapıldığından, ücret iadeleri de bu platformların iade politikalarına ve süreçlerine tabidir. İade talebini onaylama yetkisi ilgili mağazadadır:
Onaylanan iadeler, ödeme yaptığınız yönteme mağaza tarafından yönlendirilir. Banka veya kart kuruluşuna yansıma süresi ilgili kuruluşun işlem sürelerine göre değişebilir.
Astro Voice elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen kişiselleştirilmiş dijital içerik ve hizmetler sağlar. Yürürlükteki Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında, tüketicinin onayıyla ifasına başlanan bu tür hizmetlerde cayma hakkına ilişkin istisnalar uygulanabilir. Tüketicinin ayıplı hizmet ve diğer emredici mevzuattan doğan hakları saklıdır.
Hizmete hiç erişememe, teknik bir sebeple satın alınan özelliklere ulaşamama veya mükerrer/hatalı görünen bir tahsilat durumunda, kayıtlı telefon numaranız ve işlem tarihiyle support@astro-voice.com adresine yazın. Mağaza iade süreçlerinde ve teknik sorunların çözümünde size yardımcı oluruz.

You may cancel your Astro Voice subscription at any time from the account settings of the app store where you purchased:
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current subscription period and the subscription will not renew for the next period.
As purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are subject to those platforms' refund policies and processes. The authority to approve a refund lies with the relevant store:
Approved refunds are returned by the store to your original payment method. Posting time may vary depending on the relevant bank or card network.
Astro Voice provides personalized digital content and services performed instantly in an electronic environment. Under applicable Turkish distance-contract rules, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to such services once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective services, remain unaffected.
If you cannot access the service at all, cannot reach purchased features due to a technical issue, or see a duplicate/incorrect-looking charge, write to support@astro-voice.com with your registered phone number and the transaction date. We will help you with store refund processes and with resolving technical issues.
