Astro Voice abonelikleri yalnızca Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden, uygulama içi satın alma (In-App Purchase) yoluyla satılır. Platform, uygulama veya web sitesi üzerinden doğrudan ödeme almaz, kart bilgisi toplamaz ve saklamaz. Bu nedenle satın alma işleminde ödemeyi tahsil eden ve faturalandıran taraf, ilgili uygulama mağazasıdır (Apple Inc. veya Google LLC); mağazanın kendi kullanım koşulları ve satış şartları da işleme uygulanır.
Sözleşmenin konusu, seçtiğiniz pakete göre (Basic veya Premium) sunulan dijital içerik ve özelliklere aylık abonelik esasıyla erişimdir. Güncel paket kapsamı ve KDV dahil fiyatlar, satın alma anında uygulama mağazasında ve uygulama içinde açıkça gösterilir. Fiyatlar mağazanın bölgesel fiyatlandırmasına göre belirlenir.
Sözleşme, uygulama mağazası üzerinden satın alma onayınızın alınmasıyla elektronik ortamda kurulur. Abonelik, siz veya mağaza tarafından iptal edilmediği sürece her dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir; bedel, mağaza hesabınıza tanımlı ödeme yönteminden tahsil edilir. Yenileme tarihinden yaklaşık 24 saat öncesine kadar iptal, bir sonraki dönemin ücretlendirilmesini önler.
Fiziksel ürün teslimatı yoktur. Abonelik kapsamındaki dijital özellikler, satın alma onayının ardından uygulama içinde elektronik olarak erişilebilir hâle gelir. Kişiselleştirilmiş bazı analizlerin hazırlanması kısa bir işlem süresi gerektirebilir.
Astro Voice, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen kişiselleştirilmiş dijital içerik ve hizmet sağlar. Yürürlükteki Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında, tüketicinin onayıyla ifasına başlanan bu tür hizmetlerde cayma hakkına ilişkin istisnalar uygulanabilir. Bununla birlikte, satın alma bir uygulama mağazası üzerinden yapıldığından, iade ve iptal talepleri öncelikle ilgili mağazanın iade politikası ve süreçleri üzerinden değerlendirilir (bkz. Madde 7). Tüketicinin ayıplı hizmet ve diğer emredici mevzuattan doğan hakları saklıdır.
Tüketici işlemlerinden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, ilgili parasal sınırlar dâhilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Uygulama mağazası üzerinden yapılan ödemelere ilişkin talepler için mağazanın kendi çözüm mekanizmaları da geçerlidir.

Astro Voice subscriptions are sold only through the Apple App Store and Google Play via In-App Purchase. The Platform does not take payments directly through the app or website and does not collect or store card details. The party that collects payment and issues billing is therefore the relevant app store (Apple Inc. or Google LLC); the store's own terms and conditions of sale also apply to the transaction.
The subject of the contract is monthly subscription access to the digital content and features of the plan you choose (Basic or Premium). Current plan scope and tax-inclusive prices are shown clearly at the time of purchase in the app store and in the app. Prices are set according to the store's regional pricing.
The contract is formed electronically when your purchase is confirmed through the app store. Unless cancelled by you or the store, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the fee is charged to the payment method on your store account. Cancelling up to about 24 hours before the renewal date prevents the next period from being charged.
There is no physical delivery. Digital features included in the subscription become accessible electronically within the app after purchase confirmation. Some personalized analyses may require a short processing time.
Astro Voice provides personalized digital content and services performed instantly in an electronic environment. Under applicable Turkish distance-contract rules, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to such services once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. As the purchase is made through an app store, refund and cancellation requests are primarily handled through that store's refund policy and processes (see Section 7). Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective services, remain unaffected.
For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the applicable monetary limits. For claims relating to payments made through an app store, the store's own resolution mechanisms also apply.
